At LGBTQ Outpost, we work with a network of independent brands to offer a curated selection of products for the LGBTQ+ community. Because of the nature of our business, most purchases are final sale.
Please review the information below before placing an order.
All sales are final
As a general rule, all items sold through LGBTQ Outpost are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We partner with brands that produce, print, or ship items on demand and do not maintain centralized inventory or warehouse space. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns for most orders.
To help you shop confidently, we provide size charts, product details, and descriptions wherever possible so you know what to expect before purchasing.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, we may request:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll work with the applicable brand partner(s) to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. This is the primary circumstance under which we can offer support for an issue with an order.
Lost or stolen packages
If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, the issue will typically need to be addressed with the shipping carrier. We’re happy to help guide you through next steps, but LGBTQ Outpost is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.
Brand-specific return exceptions
In select cases, some partner brands may offer returns or exchanges for unused, unworn items in original packaging.
If a brand accepts returns:
- LGBTQ Outpost can help facilitate communication
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, handling, and any processing fees
- Eligibility and timelines are determined by the brand’s policies
These exceptions are limited and not guaranteed.
Non-returnable items
The following categories are always final sale, regardless of brand:
- Personal care and wellness products
- Sexual wellness items
- Intimates
- Books
- Digital products
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping location
LGBTQ Outpost currently ships within the United States only.
