Why did LGBTQ Outpost launch?
LGBTQ Outpost was created to make it easier to discover and support LGBTQ+-owned and LGBTQ+-focused brands in one curated place—while also helping fund independent LGBTQ+ journalism. Shopping has power, and we wanted to build a marketplace that aligns commerce with community impact.

Rather than one-time donations, LGBTQ Outpost is built as a sustainable revenue stream that directly supports ongoing LGBTQ+ journalism and media operations through Q.Digital. That said, we may run campaigns or promotions that benefit LGBTQ+ charities and organizations, and many of the brands we partner with may also have give-back campaigns and programs as part of their business models.

How do you choose which brands to partner with and feature?
We feature a mix of LGBTQ+-owned, LGBTQ+-led, and LGBTQ+-focused brands, as well as select allied businesses whose products and values align with our audience. Are all brands LGBTQ+-owned?
Not all brands are LGBTQ+-owned, but all featured brands must be LGBTQ+-focused, LGBTQ+-inclusive, or clearly aligned with our community and values. While we vet brands as best as possible before adding them to our store, the social and political landscape evolves quickly and we may not always be immediately aware of brands whose values diverge from ours after being added to our store.

Orders, shipping, and returns
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We do our best to carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value and trust our brand partners to do the same.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Can I combine items from multiple brands into one order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Additionaly, because products may ship from different partners, items from multiple brands may arrive separately.
