Ojaswe is a queer-led regenerative food brand founded by Ash, a first-generation immigrant and third-culture kid whose cooking is shaped by South Asian roots, Southern kitchens, and the Pacific Northwest. The brand creates delicious, culturally rooted foods that are easy to make, beginning with savory pancake mixes made from chickpeas, South Asian spices, and biodiverse ingredients sourced from small and mid-sized regenerative farms in North America.
Built around the belief that food should nourish people, culture, and the planet, Ojaswe makes vegan, gluten-free mixes with 10g of protein per serving and no artificial additives. Its approach supports regional food systems, creates new markets for climate-friendly crops like black chickpeas, and helps make culturally relevant food feel more accessible without relying on a massive global supply chain.
